Enders State Forest is a Connecticut state forest located in the towns of Granby and Barkhamsted, with a 1,500-acre wooded land. There are several waterfalls and a beautiful stream. This State forest has a Collection of cascade falls, with a good wooden steps as the trail, with all safety precautions being considered.

Exact GPS Location:: 117-173 Barkhamsted Rd, GRANBY, CT 06090
This is the entrance of the forest, where the parking lot exits. Though there is NO sign where the trail begins, I guessed it and found that its at the end on my right when I entered the parking lot.
Just a few steps you will start hearing the waterfall sounds. This is the small fall maybe around 25 feet tall, but wide enough.

Once you continue on the trail, on to your right, you will see wooden stairs. Just use it, its the safest of all.
As you go thru them, you will first come across one of the tallest waterfalls, then another small ones. I couldn't get the smaller ones, but enjoyed the tallest ones.

At the end of the wooden stairs there you can see the stream. Since I had been there in Oct 2021 (Fall Season), I could see the fall leaves floating and it gave me an opportunity for some good photos.

Also, I reached there around 9AM, and since the Sun was not that bright, I could see the bottom of the stream where rocks are shining with the limited Sun. It gave some amazing reflections. Being a nature photographer, I tried abstract photography using long exposure.

Overall, it's a good place for nature Photographers to practice various techniques.
